STOLEN CAR: Northeastern District -- Police were seeking a 1994 Dodge van with tags 668784M that was stolen Sunday from the 1600 block of Northwick Road.
THEFT/ARREST: Northeastern District -- Police arrested a man who attempted to leave the Stop, Shop and Save store at the Northwood Shopping Center in the 1500 block of Havenwood Road Sunday without paying for more than $18 worth of pork chops, sausage and steaks. When arrested, the man told police he was hungry.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1994 Jeep with tags ABN 26L was stolen Sunday from the 600 block of E. Belvedere Ave.
THEFT FROM AUTO: Northern District -- Someone entered a 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser parked in the 5700 block of Newberry St. Sunday and stole a cellular phone valued at $800.
ROBBERY: Northern District -- A minister was about to enter his car in the 3500 block of N. Charles St. Saturday night when a gunman robbed him of a small sum of money.
BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a home in the 6600 block of Eberle Drive with a key over the weekend and stole a compact disc player valued at nearly $200.
ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- A District of Columbia man was arguing with a woman he knows in her home in the 4400 block of Mountview Road Sunday when the woman threw a cup of coffee onto the man's right arm, causing second-degree burns. The man refused medical treatment.
STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- A 1993 Isuzu with tags 592572M was stolen from the 300 block of Atholwood Road Sunday.
STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a 1986 Chevrolet Astro Van with tags 147863M that was stolen Sunday from the 900 block of Lyndhurst St.
THEFT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who entered a house in the 300 block of S. Pulaski St. Saturday through the front door and stole more than $100 from a purse.
The suspect is known to the victim.

STOLEN CAR/ARRESTS: Woodlawn Precinct -- A male and three females, all believed to be juveniles, were arrested early today when the stolen car they were riding in was spotted without a headlight by Officer David Sweren. The driver attempted to elude the officer before stopping at Gwynn Oak Ave. and Cedar Drive, where the driver tried to run away while the three females remained in the car. After a chase, which included running through a stream, Officer Sweren caught the suspect. The car, a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina, was stolen Jan. 13 in York, Pa. The four were being held at the precinct pending charges.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Woodlawn Precinct -- When the owner of a 1989 Nissan Maxima left the Windsor Inn in the 7200 block of Windsor Mill Road early today he noticed that someone broke one of the car's windows and bent the window frame. Damage was set at more than $300.
