The display of 40 works in various media will remain at the museum through Sept. 5 and then begin a national tour.
* At 5 p.m., a statue of Ruth by Susan Luery will be dedicated at Oriole Park.
* At 5:30 p.m., "Babe's 100th Birthday Bash" will be held at Bambino's and Pastimes at Oriole Park. There will be hot dogs, beer and ballpark fare. Tickets are $15 each.
* Today through March 6, the post office is issuing a pictorial postmark to commemorate Ruth's birthday.
