Five people were arrested Wednesday night after officers found 44.5 grams of marijuana in a car parked in Carr's Wharf Park, county police said.
Officer Robert Lose was making a routine check of the park about 9:30 p.m. when he saw a man sitting in the front seat of a 1994 Honda Civic. Four people standing near the wharf walked toward the car when they saw Officer Lose, police said.
