BALTIMORE CITY
* BURGLARY/ARREST: Southern District -- A 34-year-old man was arrested yesterday morning and charged with entering a house in the 800 block of Hollins St. and stealing a watch valued at $40. The suspect was arrested by police in the 1300 block of W. Lombard St. while fleeing from the occupant. Charged with burglary was Alfred Ruffin, of the 1300 block of Hollins St. The watch was recovered.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men assaulted a resident of the 2300 block of Wichita Ave. in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Thursday and reportedly robbed him of $135.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A man who implied he had a gun robbed a resident of the 4500 block of Wakefield Road of $85 in the 3000 block of Lewina Road Thursday.
* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A deliveryman for Pizza Bolis in the 300 block of W. 29th St. was returning to his car after delivering food to the occupants of a house in the 800 block of Dumbarton Road Thursday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $70.
* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 400 block of Bretton Place was leaving her home Thursday when a man threw her to the ground and stole her purse containing a small sum of money.
* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 100 block of S. Calverton Road of his ATM card inside a carryout in the 2100 block of Frederick Ave. Thursday.

* BURGLARY TRY/ARREST: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 37-year-old Randallstown man was arrested in Howard County late Thursday night after attempting to enter Liberty TV in the 9400 block of Liberty Road. When the store's burglar alarm sounded after the man crashed a rented truck into the front door, he drove off. His escape was observed by the crew of a county police helicopter that was dispatched to the scene. The helicopter followed the truck into Howard County, where he was stopped at Route 99 and Bethany Lane and arrested.
