HEBBVILLE -- Baltimore County police are investigating the homicide of a 27-year-old resident of the Liberty Garden Apartments in the 3700 block of Vargas Circle, who died early today after being shot last night while sitting in his car on a parking lot near his home.
Police said James Leroy Tallie was found seated behind the wheel of his Nissan Maxima about 9 p.m. yesterday and was transported by MedEvac helicopter to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he died at 5:30 a.m.
Police had no suspect in custody and knew of no motive for the slaying.
