THE BALTIMORE SUN

The State Highway Administration is closing Rowe Boulevard in Annapolis from Taylor Avenue to the State House from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. today to provide traffic control for events surrounding the inauguration of Parris N. Glendening as governor.

Police and highway officials will set up detours around the area and provide motorists with signs to guide them through the area.

The highway agency administration also advises motorists to tune their car radios to Maryland's Traveler Advisory Radio system (1610 AM and 530 AM) to get updated traffic information.
