CONWAY, S.C. -- KeKe Hicks scored 33 points, leading host Coastal Carolina to a 89-87 victory over Towson State in a Big South Conference game last night.
Humid weather conditions led to condensation on the floor. Several times played had to be stopped as the floor was wiped down.
But the conditions didn't affect Hicks, who shot 10-for-18, including five of nine from three-point range for Coastal Carolina (5-8, 2-1).
1% Towson State fell to 5-6 and 0-3.
