Police dog finds burglary suspect

A police K-9 dog found a burglary suspect hiding in a storage room at the Pasadena Ames store yesterday morning, police said.

Officer L. C. O'Connor and his dog, Bubba, went to the store in the 8100 block of Ritchie Highway about 1:30 a.m. to investigate a burglar alarm. After noticing that the store had a damaged window, Officer O'Connor searched the building for suspects, police said.

Roberto Fernandez Molina, 25, of the 1100 block of Smithville St. in Annapolis was charged with burglary and destruction of property, police said. He was treated at North Arundel Hospital for two dog bites and released.
