* Ellicott City: 5300 block of Kerger Road: Someone pried open a residence's porch screen Thursday, but police said there was no entry.
3000 block of Rogers Ave.: A cash box was taken from a High's store after someone smashed the front glass door with a large rock to enter early Friday morning, police said.
3700 block of Joycin Court: A gray 1988 Acura Legend with Maryland tags ARD081 was stolen Thursday, police said.
9000 block of Town and Country Blvd.: A television set was stolen from a home Saturday after someone gained entry by prying a window screen. Police said an attempt was made to enter another house a block away by prying open a door at about the same time.
