A Baltimore man was arrested Saturday night after a clerk at a Brooklyn Park 7-Eleven store identified him as the man who had robbed the convenience store Friday morning, police said.
The clerk called the Northern District about 10:30 p.m. Saturday and told police she had seen the man who robbed the store about 3:30 a.m. Friday. The man had come into the store in the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway a few minutes before the clerk called police, authorities said.
Officers broadcast a description of the suspect, who was found at Glade Court near 6th Street in Baltimore. The man agreed to go to the 7-Eleven, where the clerk identified him, police said.
Ronald McClary, 25, of the 900 block of Herndon Court in Brooklyn was charged with armed robbery, police said.
