Outlook: The Magic visits the Bullets with the best record in the NBA (20-5) and has a 7 1/2 -game lead in the Atlantic Division over the defending Eastern Conference champion New York Knicks. The Magic is coming off a 123-91 win over the Milwaukee Bucks, which guard Anfernee Hardaway missed with a sore hamstring. Center Shaquille O'Neal is playing at an MVP level, averaging 29.9 points. Also scoring in double figures are Hardaway (21.3), Nick Anderson (18.0) and Horace Grant (12.6). The top rebounders are O'Neal (10.5) and Grant (9.6). Washington ended an eight-game slide with Friday's 105-102 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. The Bullets have lost three straight at home since beating the Detroit Pistons on Dec. 2.
