Long, Foster 1st in share of home sales

Long and Foster Real Estate, which has three offices in Carroll County, had the largest market share in the county based settled home sales for the first three quarters of 1994.

These statistics, which Long and Foster gathered from the Central Maryland Multiple Listing System, also show that the company captured 28.5 percent of the market for that period.

O'Conor, Piper and Flynn had 20 percent share of the market for the period.

The statistics showed Long and Foster's Eldersburg office had the largest dollar sales so far this year in Carroll County.

Long, Foster cites Morris, Utz, Scharon, Sturgill

The Hampstead office of Long & Foster Realtors has named its top agents for the month of November.

Clyde Utz was named sales leader. Top listing leaders were Michael Scharon, Fran Sturgill and Bob Morris.
