Eldon Lee Windsor White, a railroader and native of Baltimore, died Dec. 12 of complications from a stroke at a nursing home in Rancho Bernardo, Calif. He was 84.

He had worked for the Baltimore & Ohio, Pennsylvania and the Washington, Baltimore & Annapolis railroads before moving to Fairbanks, Alaska, in the early 1950s.

An ecumenical memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 7 in the theater of Evergreen House, 4545 N. Charles St., Baltimore.

In 1937, he married the former Vasiliki Pamfilis, who died in 1969. He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie White Trivas of Stevenson and Elizabeth White Hurley of Borrego Springs, Calif.; a son, Lee White of Sparks; a sister, Joy White Long of Sarasota, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
