2 raids in same block result in 5 drug arrests

Five men were arrested Friday during drug raids on two apartments in the 600 block of West Shore Road, county police said.

Two men were arrested in one apartment during the 11:15 p.m. raid, in which detectives reported finding four bags of crack cocaine weighing just over half a gram. Police said the man who rented the apartment was arrested when detectives stopped his car for a traffic violation.

Two other men were arrested in the second apartment, where officers reported finding two empty vials containing crack cocaine residue and a plastic bag with half a gram of the drug, police said.

All those arrested were charged with possession of cocaine. They are Paul Dominic Smith, 20, of the 600 block of West Shore Road; Anthony Tobio, 20, of the 3500 block of Mountain Road, Pasadena; Donald Lee Bunting, 28, of the 7900 block of Allard Court, Glen Burnie; Harry Joseph Robert, 45, of the first block of Bar Harbor Road, Pasadena; and David Holmes, 36, of the 7700 block of West Shore Road, Pasadena.
