Outlook: Phoenix has a six-game winning streak, including Saturday's 109-98 victory over Sacramento. The Suns and Orlando are the only two teams with perfect records at home (Phoenix is 11-0). F Charles Barkley (18.5 ppg) leads the team in scoring and has averaged 26.5 points and 13 rebounds his past two games. Coach Paul Westphal has been juggling his lineup, replacing starters Danny Manning and Dan Majerle with A. C. Green and Wesley Person last week. The Bullets have lost five straight after Saturday's 96-87 defeat at home to Minnesota. This is the first of four straight road games for the Bullets, who have lost 12 straight to Phoenix.
