1. GYC Builders and Williamsburg Builders have opened the second section of Font Hill Manor Estates in Ellicott City, where 20 traditional homes will be built on half-acre lots.

Located in Howard County's Centennial school district, the community is being developed by the Welsh Co.

GYC Builders

One of the houses GYC will build at Font Hill is the Hunting House, a 2,650-square-foot home with a base price of $299,900.

An 11-by-9-foot library and a 14-by-12-foot living room flank the foyer. Across the rear there is a 19-by-12-foot family room with a wood-burning fireplace, 22-by-10-foot kitchen with breakfast area and a 14-by-13-foot dining room.

At the rear of this house you find a 19-by-12-foot family room, 8-by-12-foot breakfast area, 12-by-14-foot kitchen and 13-by-12-foot dining room. The first floor also has a laundry room, powder room and coat closet.

At 2,800 square feet, the Sarah Dunmore is the largest home Williamsburg is building at Font Hill. It has a starting price of $318,500.

A two-car garage, 11-by-13-foot living room, foyer and 11-by-15-foot dining room occupy the front of the house.
