Dwight Griffith, a resident of Fallston, has been named the 1995 president of the Home Builders Association of Maryland.
A co-owner of Griffith-Brilhart Builders Inc., Mr. Griffith has been in the building industry for 23 years. He has received 13 Remodeling Awards of Excellence from the association, including Project of the Year in 1993. He was Remodeler of Year in 1992.
Mr. Griffith is a member of the Harford County Executive's Affordable Task Force. He has contributed to the FACET House for underprivileged children and served as vice chairman of Senior Housepitality, a project that provided home maintenance and repairs to 50 needy senior citizens.
He has been member of the association for 15 years and was president of the Remodelors Council in 1991.
