AFC EAST
Miami: Has clinched berth. Can clinch division title with win at Indianapolis. Also can clinch division title with tie at Indianapolis and New England loss at Buffalo. Can clinch first-round bye with win at Indianapolis and San Diego loss at N.Y. Jets.
New England: Can clinch berth with win over Buffalo and Kansas City loss to Houston or L.A. Raiders loss at Seattle.
AFC CENTRAL
Pittsburgh: Has clinched berth. Can win division with win or tie against Cleveland.
.' Cleveland: Has clinched berth.
AFC WEST
San Diego: Can clinch berth with Buffalo loss or tie to New England and loss by L.A. Raiders at Seattle. Can clinch division ++ title with win at N.Y. Jets or loss or tie by Denver at San Francisco and loss by L.A. Raiders at Seattle.
L.A. Raiders: Can clinch berth with win at Seattle and Kansas City loss to Houston.
NFC EAST
Dallas: Has clinched division title. Can earn first-round bye with win or tie at New Orleans or Minnesota loss or tie at Detroit.
NFC CENTRAL
Minnesota: Can clinch division title with win at Detroit. Can clinch berth with tie at Detroit. Also can clinch berth if two of these four results occur: Green Bay loss or tie to Atlanta; Chicago loss to L.A. Rams; Arizona loss or tie to Cincinnati; Philadelphia loss or tie to N.Y. Giants.
Chicago: Can clinch berth with win over L.A. Rams and if two of these four results occur: Philadelphia loss or tie to N.Y. Giants; Detroit loss to Minnesota; Green Bay loss or tie to Atlanta; Arizona loss or tie to Cincinnati. Also can clinch berth if Philadelphia and Green Bay win, Detroit loses by 46 or more points and Arizona loses or ties.
Detroit: Can clinch berth with win over Minnesota and if two of these four results occur: Chicago loss at L.A. Rams; Green Bay loss or tie to Atlanta; Arizona loss or tie to Cincinnati; Philadelphia loss or tie to N.Y. Giants.
NFC WEST
San Francisco: Has clinched division title and first-round bye. Can clinch home-field advantage with win over Denver or Dallas loss at New Orleans.
