BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Property valued at $1,000 was stolen Thursday from a house in the 3900 block of Woodlea Ave.
ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 2400 block of Baker St. of $123 in the 2000 block of Pennsylvania Ave. early today.
ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 2800 block of Riggs Ave. was robbed of $123 by two men in the 500 block of Evergreen St. Thursday.
STOLEN VAN: Northwestern District -- A white 1980 GMC van with tags 59B478 and owned by Alston & Hodges florists was stolen Thursday from the 5200 block of McKendree Place.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A 44-year-old resident of the 3700 block of Beehler Ave. was in the 3900 block of W. Rogers Ave. Thursday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of nearly $200.

STAND-OFF/ARREST: Essex Precinct -- A 24-year-old resident of the Biscayne Bay Village trailer park surrendered to police without incident early today after holding his wife and two children against their will in their home for more than five hours. Charged with spousal assault and held at the police station pending a bail hearing in District Court was Edward Elligson, of the 7500 block of Biscayne Bay Blvd. Since 8 p.m. until he walked out of his home at 1:40 a.m., the man refused to let his wife and small children out of the trailer after reportedly assaulting his wife. During the stand-off, residents near the man's home were evacuated as police negotiators attempted to talk to him and heavily armed Tactical Squad officers surrounded the trailer. The man was believed to be armed with a firearm but none was found when police entered the home. The wife refused medical treatment for minor injuries.
ROBBERY: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man who implied he was armed robbed the Sea King carryout in the 5200 block Baltimore National Pike of an undisclosed sum of money Thursday afternoon.
HARFORD COUNTY
THEFT: Joppa -- Someone entered a car parked in the 300 block of Oak Way Court over a period of four days ending Thursday and stole a portable telephone, a battery pack and carrying bag, all valued at $200. The property was stolen from under the front car seat.
