* Town Center: 5600 block of Vantage Point Road: Police said a burglar crept around a home while a woman was asleep in the living room, grabbed her purse when he was seen and then ran out of a rear door. Police said the man was about 6 feet tall and was wearing a dark ski mask, wool gloves and a wool sweater.
10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A tan 1985 Dodge Colt with Maryland tags AMV 826 was stolen from parking lot of the Mall in Columbia Monday, police said.
