POLICE LOG
* Elkridge: 6600 block of Route 1: Food, Lotto tickets, liquor and cash were stolen from Dougal's Korner after someone broke into the store by twisting off a lock and disabling an alarm yesterday. Police said upstairs offices were ransacked.
