Baltimore City
* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of Hugo Ave. was in the 3100 block of Kentucky Ave. Wednesday when a gunman robbed him of more than $80.
* SHOOTING: Eastern District -- A 37-year-old resident of the 1800 block of E. Eager St. was in his bedroom Wednesday night when a gunman entered and shot him in the left side of the head. The gunman escaped. Police said the victim was in critical condition at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
* ROBBERY: Western District -- A teen-ager armed with a butcher knife robbed a resident of the 100 block of N. Monroe St. of a jacket valued at $40 in the 2200 block of W. Fayette St. Wednesday.
* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 600 block of Parkwyrth Ave. was in the 1900 block of Edmondson Ave. Wednesday when a man robbed her of $25.
* SHOOTING: Western District -- Police were seeking two men from New York, one named "Chink" and the other "Jamal," who shot a resident of the 1300 block of W. Lanvale St. in the stomach during an incident near the victim's home Wednesday. The victim was treated at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 2200 block of Reisterstown Road of more than $50 Wednesday in the 2200 block of N. Monroe St.
* CUTTING: Western District -- Police were seeking a woman who cut a resident of the 500 block of Dolphin St. on the left arm with a knife after demanding money from the victim in the 1200 block of Laurens St. Wednesday.
* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 300 block of Stafford St. was in the 3100 block of Presbury St. Wednesday afternoon when a man armed with a small semiautomatic handgun placed the weapon against the victim's stomach and robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Four men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 3800 block of Reisterstown Road of $6 in the 5800 block of Reisterstown Road Wednesday.
Baltimore County
* THEFT/ARRESTS: White Marsh Precinct -- Police arrested two girls, one 12 and the other 9, and released them to their parents after charging them with stealing makeup and candy from the Metro food store in the 4300 block of Ebenezer Road Wednesday.
* ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- Two men wearing dark clothing and ski masks entered an apartment in the first block of Witherwood Court Wednesday morning while two occupants were asleep and bound them with duct tape before stealing $21 and $4,000 worth of compact discs and other property.
