BALTIMORE CITY
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A 14-year-old resident of the 3700 block of W. Cold Spring Lane was in the 4000 block of Garrison Blvd. Wednesday when he was attacked by two older youths who robbed him of his hat and books, all valued at nearly $30.
* SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking two boys, one 12 and the other 14, who shot a 13-year-old resident of the 3800 block of Dolfield Ave. in the leg and head with a pellet gun during an incident Wednesday in the 3800 block of Penhurst Ave. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.
* ROBBERY TRY: Southwestern District -- A man with a metal pipe attempted to rob a driver for the Diamond cab company in the 2700 block of Warwick Ave. Wednesday but reportedly fled when the cabbie resisted.
* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4000 block of The Alameda through a rear door Wednesday and stole a VCR, compact disc player, TV, lap-top computer, jewelry, clothing and two gold chains, all valued at nearly $3,000.
BALTIMORE COUNTY
* BURGLARY: Parkville Precinct -- Someone entered an apartment in the first block of Shawnee Court through the living room window Wednesday and stole 400 compact discs reportedly valued at more than $500.
* ROBBERY/ARREST: Towson Precinct -- An East Towson man was arrested Tuesday and charged with robbing a sub shop on Delaware Avenue. Police said a man entered The Real Thing in the 500 block of Delaware Ave. around 3 a.m. and was taking money from the cash register when an employee confronted him. The intruder pulled out what later turned out to be a toy gun and forced the employee into a restroom. The man continued stealing money and property before fleeing. Later, police arrested a suspect at a bus stop on York Road at Chesapeake Avenue and charged him with robbery with a deadly weapon, assault and false imprisonment. Police said the suspect, Antonio Gilliam, 23, was being held in lieu of $10,000 and also has a warrant filed against him for forgery.
