Man is charged in theater break-in
County police arrested a Stevensville man yesterday morning and charged him with breaking into the Annapolis Dinner Theater building, authorities said.
An Eastern District officer went to the theater in the 300 block of Busch's Frontage Road shortly after midnight to investigate a report of a suspicious person in the area. He found the front door of the theater smashed and a man running from the back of the building, police said.
The man ran to an Exxon station and hid under a car, where police arrested him, authorities said.
Jeffrey Ray Anderson, 30, of the 500 block of Paul Lane was charged with burglary and destruction of property, police said.
