North Arundel Hospital receives quality award
North Arundel Hospital recently received the Gallup Quality Award from the Gallup organization indicating that, overall, patients are satisfied with their experiences there.
The award was based on an survey of 280 randomly selected patients during the past year. Patients were asked about nurse and physician care, the admissions process and the hospital's general atmosphere.
