* Elkridge: 6200 block of Route 1: A man entered a High's store, walked behind the counter, pushed the clerk aside and took several cartons of cigarettes Wednesday. Police said the suspect in the robbery fled in a white 1986 Cadillac with Maryland tags 2SW113. The car had been reported stolen from Baltimore County.
