Aiken settles $2 million worth of real estate

Barbara Aiken, an agent with Century 21 Diana Realty in Bel Air, settled more than $2 million worth of real estate in October.

A resident of Bel Air, Ms. Aiken has almost 20 years of real estate experience. She specializes in waterfront and residential properties, and relocations in Harford and Baltimore counties and Central Maryland.

Ms. Aiken is a life member of the Million Dollar Club and has received numerous awards from the Century 21 system.

Black, Yeager honored by real estate firm

Marge Black was named top producing sales associate and Dave Yeager was named the top rookie for the month of October at Century 21 Farley & Associates in Joppa.

Ms. Black, a Harford County resident, has almost 23 years of real estate experience. She specializes in commercial properties and residential sales in Baltimore and Harford counties and Baltimore City. She has received numerous awards for sales excellence.

Ms. Black is a member of the Route 40 East Business Association and the Italian Ladies Auxiliary.

Mr. Yeager received his real estate license in June.

A resident of Joppa, Mr. Yeager specializes in first-time buyers in Harford and Baltimore counties and Baltimore City.
