Hospital names Wells senior manager
North Arundel Hospital has named Michael Wells as senior manager of the Department of Plant Operations.
He will be responsible for the department's daily operations, including personnel management, budget development and construction.
Mr. Wells, who is affiliated with the Chesapeake Society of Hospital Engineering and the American Hospital Association, is working toward an electrical engineering degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
He worked previously as a master electrician with the Johns Hopkins Medical Services.
Huff joins business as insurance agent
Nancy Ann Huff has joined W. Ray Huff & Associates as a licensed insurance agent.
She has worked at her father's Pasadena business off and on since she was 14.
A graduate of Salisbury State University cum laude, she has a bachelor of science degree in business administration and management.
Realtor names its top producers
The top producers for Weichert Realtors in the Annapolis office for October were Judy Leichtman, Betsy Scott and Grace Stella.
Vicki Schauffler was recognized as the top producer.
Joan Craft, a sales associate from the Annapolis office, has been named a Certified Buyer Agent, having successfully completed the Weichert, Realtors Buyer Agent Training Course.
Thomas recognized for work at dealership
Mike Thomas, service manager for Northwest Honda in Owings Mills and a Pasadena resident, has received recognition for his five years of work at the dealership.

Ziegler sets record in real estate sales
The Prudential Preferred Proper ties BWI office has announced that Patti Ziegler set a career record in her 14 years in real estate sales by generating $3.2 million in listing, sales and settled volume for September.
E9 Ms. Ziegler came to the BWI office earlier this year.
Sales associates added at Long & Foster
Long & Foster Realtors has added these new sales associates:
Nichole Faulkner, a resident of Severn, has joined the Fort Meade/Odenton office; Ann Reynolds, a native of Annapolis and previously an associate with Long & Foster for seven years, has returned to the Severna Park office; Daniel Moore has joined the Pasadena office; and Marilyn Hendley has joined the Crofton office.
Naditch honored for outstanding sales
Phyllis Naditch of Weichert Realtors' Annapolis office was one of four sales associates with Capital Region recently honored for outstanding residential sales levels during the third quarter of 1994.
Ms. Naditch completed six transactions during the quarter, making her among one of two top first-year licensees.
Shreiber joins Design Teams Inc.
Susan Shreiber has joined Design Teams Inc. as a client accounting technician.
Based in Annapolis, Design Teams provides administrative management for two engineering design firms, McCrone Inc. and McFerrin/McCrone Inc.
Ms. Shreiber will be responsible for entering all data on projects for each of McCrone's seven offices in Maryland and Delaware.
With more than 10 years of experience in financial and contract administration for government contracts, Ms. Shreiber has supervised and developed financial control systems, contract financial databases and related support systems.
A resident of Annapolis, she is a member of the Maryland Capital Chapter of the American Business Women's Association.
