BALTIMORE CITY
* BURGLARY: NorthwesternDistrict -- Police were seeking a man who entered a house in the 3400 block of Royce Ave. Thursday through a bedroom window and stole a compact disc player.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 600 block of Baker St. was in the 3200 block of Virginia Ave. Thursday when several youths beat him and stole his bike.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 3900 block of Penhurst Ave. of more than $100 in the 4800 block of Lewin Ave. Thursday.
* ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A man with an unknown weapon robbed a resident of the 3800 block of W. Belvedere Ave. of $60 in the 4000 block of Barrington Road Thursday.
* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Property valued at more than $3,000 was stolen from a house in the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle North Thursday by someone who entered after reportedly breaking a window with a rock.
* ASSAULT: Northern District -- A 22-year-old resident of the 500 block of W. 38th St. was in the 3800 block of Old York Road Thursday when he was attacked by several youths, one with a baseball bat, who injured his right arm and right ear. The victim was treated at Union Memorial Hospital.
* ASSAULT/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a man Thursday after he pointed a handgun at a resident of the 1600 block of Vincent Court during an argument in the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Ave. and reportedly threatened to shoot him.
BALTIMORE COUNTY
* ROBBERY: Towson Precinct -- A 27-year-old resident of the 6800 block of Bonnie Ridge Drive was about to enter his home Thursday night when a gunman robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money and a portable telephone.
* ROBBERY TRY/ASSAULT: North Point Precinct -- Police were seeking a former employee of the Big & Tall Shop at the Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Blvd. who attempted to rob the store Thursday night after spraying an employee in the face with a chemical substance. When the suspect failed to open the cash register, he fled.
