Eagle Watch planned at Conowingo Dam
CONOWINGO DAM -- PECO Energy Co.'s Conowingo Visitors Information Center will sponsor an Eagle Watch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Conowingo Fisherman's Park. June Vaughan, an environmental educator, will help visitors identify eagles and other species, and provide habitat and historical information.
Conowingo Fisherman's Park is at the base of the Conowingo power plant on U.S. 1 and the Susquehanna River. Information: (410) 457-5011.
