* Westminster: Two motorists driving in downtown Westminster reported eggs were thrown at their vehicles Saturday, city police said. One auto was on East Main Street, the other on East Green Street. Damage was estimated at $40.

A resident of East Green Street told city police someone shattered the driver's window of her auto while it was parked near her home Friday. She estimated the damage at $360.

An employee of Harden Masonry reported to city police that someone broke into a company truck Friday and stole tools valued at $1,000 while the vehicle was parked on Alymer Court.

A resident of South Church Street told city police he was grabbed from behind Friday and robbed of $40 after he left a store in the 200 block of E. Main St.

A resident of East George Street reported someone shattered the driver's window of his truck while it was parked near his house Thursday. He estimated the damage at $100.

A resident of Barnhart Road told city police someone shattered the passenger's side window of his vehicle Wednesday while it was parked in Westminster. He estimated the damage at $100.

An employee of Laser Applications on Business Parkway reported to city police someone forced open a file cabinet and stole a money box Nov. 11 for an estimated loss of $80.

A resident of the 500 block of Crossbridge Terrace reported to state police someone shattered the driver's window, possibly with a beer bottle, Friday while the vehicle was parked on Stone Chapel Road. The damage was estimated at $200.

A resident of Littlestown Pike told state police someone scratched her 1986 Chevrolet while it was parked near her home Friday. The damage was estimated at $100.

FIRE

* Sandymount: Reese and Westminster responded to a house fire in the 2700 block of Barrick Road at 2 p.m. Saturday. Fire officials said an electrical appliance overheated and sent heavy smoke throughout the building. Units were out for 2 1/2 hours.

* Silver Run: Pleasant Valley investigated the report of a fire in a building on Silver Run Valley Road at 2:49 p.m. Saturday. Units were out for 15 minutes.
