* New Windsor: A Cockeysville resident reported to state police someone shattered the glass in the door of a backhoe parked at a construction site in the 1000 block of Green Valley Road Tuesday. The owner said a rock was thrown through the glass. Damage is estimated at $400.

* Union Bridge: Union Bridge responded to a transformer fire in the 900 block of Crouse Mill Road at 10:04 a.m. Friday. Units were out for 26 minutes.
* Taneytown: Taneytown responded to a field fire on Otterdale Mill Road at 7:59 p.m. Thursday. Units were out for 30 minutes.
