Charles E. Dunlap, a retired supervisor at the main post office in Baltimore, died of cancer Thursday at his home in Catonsville.

Mr. Dunlap, 61, retired in 1990 after 38 years with the U.S. PostaService.

He was a graduate of Frederick Douglass High School and attended Coppin State College.

He was a member of the National Association of Postal Supervisors. As an avocation, he had a keen interest in photography.

Services were scheduled for 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at Grace AM Church, 67 1/2 Winters Lane, Catonsville.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, the former Harriet Randall a daughter, Gina Dunlap Hicks of Woodlawn; and two grandchildren.
