Russett
1.Trafalgar House Residential Maryland has opened a model of the Stanton, one of two three-level townhouses the firm is building in its second section at the planned community of Russett, in Laurel in Anne Arundel County.
Trafalgar will build 214 townhouses in Russett. So far, 110 houses have been sold.
The Stanton has 2,160 square feet of living space and a base price of $150,990. The lower level contains a one-car garage, entry hall and room for an optional 15-by-13-foot recreation room.
A powder room, 14-by-9-foot kitchen with laundry area, 12-by-11-foot dining room and 19-by-11-foot living room are on the first floor.
On the second floor, the master suite has a 15-by-11-foot bedroom and bath with linen closet, separate shower, dual vanities and soaking tub.
With a base price of $147,000, the Upton is identical in size to the Stanton. Differences include a separate laundry room and a kitchen at the front of the house.

2.NVHomes has opened the second section at Rosewood, just off College Parkway in Annapolis, where the firm is building eight Colonial homes on cul-de-sac lots.
The Richmond II is the model at Rosewood. It has 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, 2,896 square feet of finished living space and a beginning price of $282,000.
