Reward offered in theft from construction trailer

Harford County Crime Solvers, a group of concerned citizens, is offering a reward up to $1,000 for the arrest and indictment of the person or people who broke into a construction office trailer between Oct. 29 and Oct. 31 in Edgewood.

Items stolen included a Stihl saw of undetermined value, deputies said. Anyone with information about the incident should call the Crime Solvers hot line at (410) 877-STOP.

Callers do not need to give their names or appear in court.

Saw, stereo equalizer stolen from business

A Havre de Grace man told sheriff's investigators that someone broke into his business in the 200 block of St. John St. Nov. 7 or Nov. 8 and stole a Homelite chain saw, a strobe light and a stereo equalizer.

The loss was estimated at $290, deputies said.
