* THEFT: Western District -- A battery valued at $60 was stolen Wednesday from a 1987 Ford parked at Mondawmin Mall.

* STOLEN CAR: Northeastern District -- A 1990 Lexus was stolen from the 1400 block of Montpelier St. Wednesday after a friend of the car's owner left the keys in the ignition.

* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man of $27 in the 5200 block of Frankford Ave. Wednesday.

* THEFT: Northern District -- A man stole a box of sunflower seeds valued at $15 Wednesday from the Royal Farm Store in the first block of E. 33rd St.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- Three men, one with a knife, forced their way into a house in the 4100 block of St. George's Ave. Wednesday and robbed the female occupant of cash and a money order. One of the intruders demanded to know where "Manny" was, but the victim told them she did not know anyone by that name.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered Bob Graham Florist in the 3200 block of St. Paul St. after breaking a rear restroom window and stole an undisclosed sum.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1991 Dodge with tags ZGP 357 was stolen Wednesday from the 3500 block of Beech Ave.

* THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3800 block of Mohawk Ave. Wednesday and stole a camcorder.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* KIDNAPPING/ROBBERY: Garrison Precinct -- A woman was putting groceries in her car at the Liberty Court shopping center Wednesday when she was forced inside the vehicle by a couple who told her to drive to a bank in Pikesville. At the bank, one abductor withdrew an undisclosed sum while the other stood nearby. Leaving the bank, the woman was ordered to drive back to the shopping center, where the couple escaped.

* STOLEN CAR: Garrison Precinct -- Someone stole a black 1994 Geo Tracker with tags 640459M from the first block of Matinee Court Wednesday.

* BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Someone entered houses under construction in the 8700 block of Jarwood Road Wednesday and stole four gas ranges, two dish washers and at least one vanity.

* THEFT: Parkville Precinct -- A rifle, compound bow and 35 mm camera, all valued at nearly $1,000, were stolen from a Ford Bronco parked in the 2400 block of Lampost Lane Wednesday.
