* Taneytown: A resident of the 3400 block of Blacks Schoolhouse Road told state police someone broke into his house and stole $455 Wednesday.

* New Windsor: New Windsor engines investigated a fire alarm in a building in the 2200 block of John Selby Road at 10:51 a.m. Friday. Units were out for 24 minutes.
