* Elkridge: 6600 block of Route 1: Someone broke the lock on a storage shed and took tools and a toolbox Tuesday, police said.
6300 block of S. Hanover Road: An officer responding to an alarm at Commercial Landscaping Technologies Inc. found that someone had broken a front window with a piece of concrete and took a television and a videocassette recorder Wednesday morning.
