State police are seeking information after the High's store in the 2400 block of Baltimore Blvd. near Finksburg was broken into between 12:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. yesterday. Lottery tickets, cigarettes and $13,081 in cash were taken, police said.
Officials of the Maryland Lottery, whose tickets were stolen, are also investigating the theft, police said.
Police are requesting anyone who saw a vehicle or any other activity at the store during the early morning hours to call 876-8989.

* Westminster: Two vehicles parked in the area of Webster Street and North Colonial Avenue had windows broken on Sunday, city police said. The damage estimate was $100.
A resident of Alymer Court reported to city police that someone broke into his auto and stole a portable telephone while it was parked at Cranberry Mall on Saturday. He estimated the loss at $250.

* Reese: Reese responded to a brush fire in the 1900 block of Reese Road at 9:12 p.m. Monday. Units were out for 15 minutes.
