Jason Bloom broke a state high school record and tied another as Perry Hall (6-3) defeated visiting Dundalk (3-6), 27-0, yesterday.
Bloom, a 6-foot-4 senior, established a record for field goals with a 57-yarder in the second quarter, surpassing the previous record of 52 yards by Barry Hagans of Dunbar in 1983.
In the fourth quarter, Bloom hit a 22-yard field goal, tying him with Old Mill's Steve Oliver (1991) for career field goals with 12.
Kevin Znamirowski completed four of five passes for 135 yards and three touchdowns for the Gators.

Martin Prosper scored three touchdowns leading No. 3 Poly (8-1) past host Calvert Hall (2-6).
Prosper caught two scoring passes from Jackie Wise and returned a punt 78 yards for another.
Dulaney 29, Patapsco 0
Tim Marshall completed nine of 13 passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns as Dulaney (4-5) defeated visiting Patapsco (2-7).
Mike Rapport rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown for Dulaney, which had 467 yards total offense.
Randallstown 35, E. Tech 13
Adam Hocker and Carl Epps keyed the defense as Randallstown (7-2) defeated visiting Eastern Tech (2-7) to clinch first in the Baltimore County 3A-4A League.
Hocker had a 2-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown and Hocker returned an interception 39 yards for a touchdown.
Keith Greene and T.J. Williamson also scored for Randallstown, which is 7-0 in the league.
Overlea 28, Loch Raven 6
James Holley rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns leading visiting Overlea (6-2) past Loch Raven (1-8). Corey Laws and Michael Forney also scored touchdowns for Overlea.
Kenwood 33, Parkville 14
Antonio Maddox rushed for 150 yards and scored four touchdowns leading Kenwood (3-6) past Parkville (2-7). Chad Burns rushed for 122 yards for the Bluebirds.
Oakland Mills 19, Howard 18
Fardan Carter caught a 33-yard touchdown pass with 1:07 left to lift host and No. 15 Oakland Mills (7-2) over No. 5 Howard (7-2), to clinch a share of the Howard County championship.
Edgewood 35, John Carroll 16
Carlos Putney rushed for 191 yards and scored three touchdowns, leading visiting Edgewood (3-6) past John Carroll. Chris Finley rushed for 174 yards and a touchdown.
