* Northern Landfill and the Recycling Center.
* Hampstead town offices. The Town Council meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m., as scheduled.
* Manchester town offices. The Town Council will meet at 7:30 p.m.
* Mount Airy town offices.
* New Windsor town offices.
* Sykesville town offices.
* Taneytown city offices.
* Union Bridge town offices.
* Westminster city offices.
