ROBBERY: Southern District -- A 27-year-old resident of the 300 block of S. Fremont Ave. was walking in the 1200 block of Bayard St. early Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of $30.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- A person who was moving out of an apartment in the 2800 block of Pelham Ave. Tuesday stole TC refrigerator valued at $100 that belonged to the landlord.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3800 block of Lyndale Ave. was watching TV Tuesday when a man entered her home and stole a box of videotapes valued at $500.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A 20-inch TV set valued at $200 was stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1200 block of Evesham Ave.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- A laptop computer and a coat, all valued at more than $3,000, were stolen Tuesday from a car parked in the 6600 block of Marietta Ave.
BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A compact disc player valued at more than $200 was stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 2400 block of Bridgehampton Drive.
THEFT: Northeastern District -- Stereo equipment valued at more than $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a car parked on a lot at Al Packer Ford in the 5600 block of Belair Road Tuesday. A suspect was being sought.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- More than $200 was stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the 900 block of Druid Lake Park Drive.
THEFT: Northern District -- Three videotapes valued at nearly $55 were stolen Tuesday from Blockbuster Video in the 1000 block of W. 41st St.
ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man forced his way into a house in the 800 block of Beaumont Ave. Tuesday and stole $60. The suspect is known to the victim.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1991 Honda with tags ZMN 389 was stolen Monday from the 4200 block of Tuscany Court.
THEFT: Northern District -- A purse containing property of unknown value was stolen Tuesday from a car parked in the rear of the 4800 block of York Road.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1989 Honda with tags BRJ 702 was stolen Tuesday from the 2400 block of Loyola Northway.
BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 200 block of E. Highfield Road Monday and stole a camera, radio, credit cards, cash and a set of keys, then drove away in the victim's Ford Explorer with tags 680787M.
STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A four-door 1991 Dodge with tags ATW 617 was stolen Tuesday from the 2600 block of Oswego Ave.
THEFT: Northern District -- Two Snow White videotapes valued at nearly $38 were stolen Tuesday Maxie Waxie Videos in the 4500 block of Falls Road.
THEFT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested a man who attempted to leave Stop, Shop & Save in the 2800 block of Greenmount Ave. Tuesday without paying for two bottles of hair conditioner valued at $16.
ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 300 block of Ilchester Ave. was walking in an alley behind the 2800 block of Guilford Ave. Tuesday when a gunman robbed her of $10 and an identification car.
ROBBERY TRY: Northern District -- Police were seeking a gunman who entered the Village Flower Mart in the 2400 block of N. Charles St. Tuesday and attempted to open a cash register. The effort failed, and the gunman fled.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3700 block of Columbus Drive was a block from his home Tuesday when a gunman robbed him of cash and property, all valued at $70.
ASSAULT/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested a man who struck a resident of the 3600 block of Howard Park Ave. with a bottle during an incident Tuesday in the 4700 block of Liberty Heights Ave. The victim was not seriously injured.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A four-door blue 1989 Hyundai with tags VRH 869 was stolen Tuesday from the 2900 block of Ulman Ave.
STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1990 Dodge Spirit with tags AWX 736 was stolen over the weekend from the 6600 block of Vincent Lane.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the first block of Tahoe Circle in Owings Mills was in the 3800 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Monday when a man threatened her and stole property valued at $25.
ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who robbed a resident of the 4100 block of Falstaff Road of $40 in the 2900 block of W. Belvedere Ave. Monday.

BURGLARIES: Essex Precinct -- A printer, VCR, telephone and a clock-radio, all valued at nearly $500, were stolen Monday from two townhouses in the 1300 block of Sugarwood Circle.
BURGLARY: Essex Precinct -- Someone entered an apartment in the 800 block of Wilson Point Road Tuesday and stole property valued at more than $1,200.
BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- Someone entered a county-owned enclosure in the 1500 block of Glen Keith Blvd. over the weekend and stole tools valued at $300 from a county truck. Taken from a storage trailer in the same enclosure were two air compressors valued at nearly $500.
BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- A coin collection, VCR and a camera, all of unknown value, were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 6200 block of Haddon Ave.
BURGLARY: Towson Precinct -- A burglar fled when the alarm went off Tuesday at the B. C. Herman Co. in the 1400 block of Clarkview Road.
CARJACKING: Woodlawn Precinct -- Police were seeking a man who stole a dark green two-door 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle with tags BAR 633 and more than $200 from a motorist in the 4600 block of Wilkens Ave. Tuesday. The man was armed with an unknown weapon.
STOLEN CAR: Woodlawn Precinct -- A 1994 Dodge Spirit registered to the U.S. government was stolen from Rolling Cross and Johnnycake roads Tuesday.
ROBBERY: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man who implied he had a handgun robbed the Rite Aid pharmacy in the 7000 block of Liberty Road of 142 tablets of Percocet and $140 in cash Tuesday.
BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- Jewelry of unknown value was stolen Monday from a house in the first block of David Luther Court.
BURGLARY: Garrison Precinct -- Jewelry valued at more than $300 was stolen over the weekend from a house in the 4700 block of Bonnie Brae Road.
THEFT: Garrison Precinct -- A 1987 Kenworth tractor and its 1994 48-foot trailer were stolen Monday from a parking lot in the 8700 block of Liberty Road.
