DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Southeastern District -- A man being held in a cellblock at Southeast District was charged with malicious destruction of property yesterday after he allegedly ripped the toilet from the wall.
ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A man was hit in the eye with the butt of a shotgun by one of four men who robbed him of $60 Saturday in the 6300 block of Fortview Way.
ROBBERY: Eastern District -- Two robbers approached a woman on Saturday morning in the 2400 block of Harford Road and demanded money. When the victim indicated said she had none, the assailants took three diamond rings and a gold ring valued at $2,050.
CARJACKING: Eastern District -- While a man was using a pay phone in the 2100 block of Biddle Street, a gunman approached the passenger in his parked car and demanded the vehicle, a 1978 blue Chevrolet Camaro with Maryland tags BNJ 527.
BURGLARY: Western District -- The owners of Druid Hill Grocery in the 2400 block of Druid Hill Ave. told police that someone broke in between 6:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday and removed the cash register and $800 worth of groceries.
THEFT: Western District -- A resident of the 1300 block of N. Monroe St. told police that his two-month-old Chow pup was stolen from his back yard between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m Thursday. The dog's 5-foot chain and food bowl also were reported stolen. The dog was valued at $400.
Baltimore County
ROBBERY: Catonsville Precinct -- A man armed with a handgun entered the Freedom Drug Store in the 3900 block of Hollins Ferry Road about 11:30 a.m. Saturday and demanded drugs. The robber fled after being given four bottles of drugs valued at $500, police said.
THEFT: Catonsville Precinct -- The owner of a Ford Mustang told police that his car was broken into in the 4700 block of Aldgate Green between 2:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. yesterday. A car stereo and amplifier worth $600 were taken, police said.
STOLEN CAR: Towson Precinct -- A white 1994 Honda Prelude was stolen from the parking lot of Towson Marketplace, in the 1200 block of Putty Hill Ave., about 7:40 p.m. Saturday. The car had Maryland tags BLX 146.
