SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A 13-year-old boy told police he was shot in the side about 9:45 p.m. Saturday by one of two men who approached him in the 2900 block of Violet Ave. and first asked for the time. The victim rode in a cab to Liberty Medical Center for treatment. He was transferred yesterday to Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday morning and reported in good condition. Police knew of no suspects.
BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Someone broke in through at window at O'Donnell Heights Elementary School in the 6300 block of O'Donnell St. about 3:20 p.m. yesterday. Police said they did not have a suspect or know if anything was taken.
BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- A stereo and VCR were taken by someone who broke into a home in the 2900 block of O'Donnell St. between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday.
ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A man was robbed of his wallet while he was walking in the 1300 block of E. Fayette St. at 7 p.m. Saturday.
ASSAULT AND ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A woman was robbed of her purse in the 1700 block of Aliceanna St. at 7:15 a.m. Saturday. The victim said two men followed her from her car and threatened her with a gun. They demanded money and ran away with her purse.
ASSAULT AND ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: Southern District -- A man tried to rob a 16-year-old boy in the 100 block of W. Lombard St. at 8:55 p.m. Saturday. The teen-ager said the man stopped him and demanded money, then punched him when he did not comply.
BURGLARY: Southern District -- Lawn furniture, plants and garden tools were taken by someone who broke into a garage in the 1400 block of Hollins St. between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone broke into a home in the 300 block of S. Payson St. between 8 a.m. Friday and 11 p.m. Saturday and took a stereo valued at $250.
BURGLARY: Southern District -- Burglars took a VCR and three coats from a home in the 2600 block of Maisbury Court between
11 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.

ARMED ROBBERY: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man who said he had a bomb robbed the Bank of Baltimore in the 8500 block of Liberty Road at 12:16 p.m. Saturday. Police said the teller gave the man money and he ran out of the bank.
ARMED ROBBERY: Woodlawn Precinct -- A man robbed the Subway restaurant in the 1100 block of Rolling Road at 12:52 a.m. Saturday. Police had no description of the robber and did not know how much money was taken.
SHOOTING: Garrison Precinct -- A gunman fired at another man during an argument in the first block of Coliston Road at 6:25 p.m. Saturday. Police said neighbors called 911 when they heard gunshots. Witnesses said the apparent target fled in a red Jeep, with two other men following him.
AUTO THEFT: Towson Precinct -- A 1992 Acura Legend was stolen from the 1200 block of Putty Hill Ave. at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The car had Maryland license plates BJN-797.
RAPE: Towson Precinct -- A 30-year-old woman was raped inside an office building in the first block of Pennsylvania Ave. at 6:50 p.m. Friday. Police said the woman was working alone when the attacker walked into the office through an unlocked door.
BURGLARY: Cockeysville Precinct -- Someone broke into the Fork Video store in the 12000 block of Harford Road about midnight Saturday and took money.
BURGLARY: White Marsh Precinct -- Someone broke into Rosedale T.V. in the 8300 block of Philadelphia Road at 5:30 a.m. yesterday. Police said the burglar smashed the front door and took an unknown amount of money.
ASSAULT: White Marsh Precinct -- A man threatened another man with a knife during an argument in the 8000 block of Belair Road about 12:45 a.m. yesterday.
