A 36-year-old Hanover man died Saturday after he apparently lost control of his pickup truck and it hit a utility pole and tree near Odenton, county police said.
Larry Hans Symons of the 1400 block of Boulder Lane was driving a 1982 Chevrolet truck north in the 300 block of Gambrills Road shortly before 4 p.m. when the crash happened, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, police said.
