The Eagles took their first lead at 14-10 on Sabelhaus' 39-yard pass to Jason Taylor with 15 seconds remaining in the third quarter.
Dwayne Stukes rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries for McDonogh. Je'Von Norris ran for 123 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries to lead the Gaels.
