Sales associates honored by Realtors group

Linda Patterson and Barbara Bohan, sales associates in the Long and Foster downtown Annapolis office, were recently honored by the Five Million Dollar Club of Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors (AAAR).

Ms. Patterson, a founding member of the club, is serving a one-year term as first vice president, and Ms. Bohan is a member of the board of directors.

The Five Million Dollar Club of the AAAR, established in 1989, was founded to promote professionalism within the real estate industry.

The club currently has a membership of 70.

Brundage joins McCrone as project manager

John Brundage has joined the Annapolis offices of McCrone Inc. as a senior project manager responsible for directing the company's major land development projects in Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Howard and Montgomery counties.

McCrone Inc. is an engineering, environmental consulting , surveying and land planning firm.

A registered landscape architect in Maryland and New York, Mr. Brundage has over 16 years' experience in the design and development of commercial, residential, industrial, recreational and federal projects.

A resident of Laurel, he holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Cornell University and is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, the Society of American Military Engineers and the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Harrison joins Weichert company

Andrea Harrison has joined the Annapolis office of Weichert, Realtors.

Ms. Harrison, a graduate of George Washington University in Washington, D.C., has a degree in finance.

A lifelong resident of Annapolis, she has been involved in real estate for nine years, working for a title attorney and a developer.
