Frank P. Bauer, 88, a former longtime Baltimore resident and retired sales manager for a building materials firm, died Saturday of a stroke at home in Whiting, N.J. Services were set for 1 p.m. today at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Whiting. He is survived by his wife, the former Irma Cherubini Mullarkey; a son, the Rev. Thomas W. Bauer of Petersburg, Va.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
