Adam Booth threw a 10-yard toss to Chris Worrall on the first play of overtime to give Southern (2-1) a 13-7 football victory over Wilde Lake (1-2) yesterday at Howard High.

Booth took the snap and rolled right before lofting a pass that Worrall ran under in the end zone.

Running back Cliff Botchway scored on a 46-yard run, helping host Springbrook (3-0) past Severna Park (2-1). Jermond Davenport had a 10-yard interception return for a touchdown for Severna Park.
