Scott Vane and J. T. Carhat scored first-half goals to lead visiting Severna Park's boys soccer team to a 3-2 victory over Arundel and give head coach Don Gregg his 200th career victory yesterday.
The Falcons jumped to a 3-1 lead in the second half on a goal from Jim Himes. The teams played close, with Severna Park outshooting Arundel, 20-18.
Gregg, whose team went 13-3 last season and lost in the state 4A finals to Churchill, has been at Severna Park for 21 years.
